How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to [email protected]
2. Include your request to delete your data
3. We will verify your identity and process your request
4. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted

What Data is Deleted

When you request data deletion, we will remove:

• Analytics data associated with your device
• Session replay data (if applicable)
• Usage statistics and interaction data

Note: Screenshots and images are not stored permanently and are discarded immediately after processing. Analytics data may be retained per our third-party service providers' retention policies (typically 90 days to 1 year).

Processing Time

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of verification. You will receive an email confirmation once the deletion is complete.
