Crushy AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze conversation screenshots and generate suggested messages or pickup lines. The App processes uploaded images temporarily to extract text and context, then provides AI-generated suggestions.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Only upload screenshots or images that you have the right to share
• Not upload offensive, illegal, or harmful content
• Review all AI-generated suggestions before using them
• Not use the App if you are under 13 years of age (or 16 in the EEA)

4. AI-Generated Content

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate suggestions. You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated content may not always be appropriate or accurate
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and deciding whether to use any suggestions
• We are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from your use of AI-generated suggestions
• AI-generated content should not be considered professional advice

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CRUSHY AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date and providing in-app notifications when appropriate. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
